Her approach blends program design with behavioural science, building athletes' confidence and skills in everyday money management.

Tricia has worked with more than 35,000 people worldwide in the field of financial capability, designing learning programs tailored to the needs of each audience.

She has been recognised for her work, including as a Young Social Pioneer with the Foundation for Young Australians and as a Women Leading Tech participant, and is known for her strategic, people-focused approach to financial education.
