Jess specialises in property research and analysis, helping clients make informed decisions about where and what to buy.

With a strong focus on market research, data and due diligence, Jess analyses suburbs, property markets and individual opportunities to identify properties that align with each client’s strategy, budget and long-term goals. She looks beyond the property itself, considering factors such as supply and demand, comparable sales, rental performance, infrastructure, demographics and future growth drivers.

Alongside the research and analysis, Jess works closely with clients throughout their purchase journey, providing support and guidance across the entire process from identifying the right opportunity through to Settlement and beyond.

Her approach is practical and research-led, with a focus on giving clients a clear understanding of the opportunity before they make a decision. Whether working with an experienced investor or someone purchasing their first investment property, Jess helps simplify the process and provides the research and support needed to move forward with confidence.

Jess has a First-Class MA (Hons) Degree in Business with Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
