After a family tragedy several years ago, Sarah’s family received a substantial financial settlement.
Over time, Sarah watched those funds gradually decline and became concerned about her parents’ future. She wanted to protect what remained and help them achieve something that meant a great deal to the family — owning a home of their own.
Inspired by the journey of her cousin, Brian To’o, and what he had achieved with Galaxy Sport, Sarah reached out to see what could be possible for her own family.
THE PLAN
The first priority was clear: create greater financial security for Sarah’s parents and make homeownership possible.
Galaxy Sport worked with Sarah to establish a realistic budget, understand what the family could comfortably afford and explore suitable property and financing options.
Once that goal was underway, the focus shifted to Sarah’s own future. Together, we developed a longer-term property strategy designed to help her build an investment portfolio over time.
